Construction Company is looking experienced office Secretary / Admin with QuickBooks experience. Experience working for a construction company is helpful. Bilingual is also a plus.

You must be energetic, very organized, honest, prompt, professional, be able to work and think outside the box, work with others, handle phone calls and customer service if needed. You may have communication with our customers, update the online job files with notes, and basically backup our project managers with whatever office work they may need done. This could include filing, faxing, emailing, phoning, typing letters, editing reports, etc...

You must know Quick books, excel, word, and the basics of operating a computer..
